There are two ways to hire our marketing services:A. Your marketing project is not defined and you are open to new ideas to achieve your marketing objectivesOne of the earliest processes we installed at Hale! Marketing was the 7P Marketing Planning Workshop. This workshop helps to determine your investment level and the activities necessary to achieve your marketing objectives. The workshop is tailored and scaled to your particular marketing challenge (whether it is a new product launch or other marketing objective) and explores the items that will affect the success of the project. During the workshop we will define the scope of work, the deliverables, and the process to be used for the project. Except for simple projects, your first engagement with us will likely be the 7P Marketing Planning Workshop. Unless your project is fully defined, the workshop is a good way to start. Your marketing project is fully definedBefore we engage you will have fully defined the scope of the project, its inputs and deliverables, a timeline, and the marketing objectives you expect to achieve. You will have identified a budget for the project and we will have agreed on a price for our services. We have a simple engagement agreement that provides for confidentiality, your ownership of the work, and so on. We provide it to you along with an outline of the parameters we’ve discussed for your project – the objectives, scope, and cost. Before we engage we will not have solved any of your marketing problems, nor will we have prepared creative concepts or other materials, but you will have seen relevant examples of our work and you will feel comfortable with our capabilities in relation to your project. We do not normally respond to requests for proposal. The first conversation:When we first talk, our focus will be on finding out if our marketing expertise will help your company, not to try and sell you our services. That means there will have been frank conversations between your decision-makers and our principals before we engage. Our intent is to find out if we can truly add value to your business, and if not, to clearly say so before you hire us. Contact us > |
