Highlights:
Marketing is often about taking care of the details. We pride ourselves on precise execution because that's what gets results. Convedia came to us to take care of the details, as this series of small projects shows
We put maximum effort into each project – regardless of size or scope
Convedia Corporation (acquired by Radisys) is a leading supplier of next generation, Softswitch compliant media servers that enable communication service providers to rapidly deliver voice and video services over Internet Protocol (IP) networks.
Convedia engaged Hale! Marketing to complete a number of small projects. These included: a low-cost update to the look and feel of the corporate web site, improvements to the appearance of a corporate brochure and product specification sheets, and an update to the functionality and design of corporate PowerPoint presentations with a redesigned template and a set of product icons.
With a limited budget, it was important that the collateral pieces served multiple purposes and could be used for an extended period of time. More importantly, they had to appeal to both a non-technical and highly technical audience. The challenge was to synthesize complex technology into readily-understandable communications.
The pieces were designed to build corporate awareness, be instrumental in lead generation, and accurately emphasize the main points of Convedia's media server technology. The icon set had to both easily identify the equipment while being simple and appealing to potential clients.
Hale! Marketing successfully created an updated appearance for the web site with new graphics, and created a corporate brochure and product specification sheets that were not only professional in appearance, but accurately displayed the media server technology in a way that was valuable to both highly technical and non-technical audiences.
The new look and feel of the web site was used as the basis for the PowerPoint templates, and a standard color palette and font library were developed to create consistency in presentations. A distinctive illustration style was created for the product icons.
